the first step you will be doing is to 

1. go the app settings click one storage and clear the cache memory 
2. open the torrent app and click on the three icon in right corner click on setting 
3. in the setting make sure that the downloading and uploading is to max
4. 2nd thang to do is to change the port 6882 by default its 0 so change it to 6882 
5. you can also used 8991 or 8992
6. if this one is not working for you then change from 6822 to 1
7. and your downloading speed will be 2x fester
